Firstly, the room was clean and everything worked well. No hairdryer was provided, but that is okay. Also staff was not friendly, but helpful and not rude. The area is fine during the day, but I wouldn't want to walk by myself at night. Corridors and lift were a bit smelly and had flies, but nothing went into the room. Overall, you get what you pay for. LA is expensive and this was the cheapest I could find. It is okay if you just need a place to stay for a night. They allowed me to keep my bicycle in the room, so that was great.
Rooms are beautiful clean and the customer service is wonderful house keeping is brilliant I would definitely stay here every time.and the prices is perfect when you having it bad.
The location was great for us, the rooms decent, real clean, has a swimming pool, it looks clean, I was happy to find up that we have jacuzzi but after being close to it,the water was green, like some kids were enjoying the whole memorial weekend swimming and eating all in and around of it, I’m kind of upset, because, jacuzzi it’s something very important for me (health issues) so please just enforce rules, about time for kids in the jacuzzi, a parent with them the whole time, taking care of the eating next to jacuzzi, supposed it’s for relaxing, enjoying the hot tub, helping with pain, but it’s kind of impossible when you realize that instead of helping, can make you sick, because GREEN, means bacteria and bacteria make you sick, and it comes from all those kids, using it as swimming pool and can you ask them… did they went to use bathroom during the playing time in the jacuzzi? Sure the didn’t, I’m not against kids, I have 2, but I teach them to follow and respect rules while taking vacations. I hope for my next vacation to Calimy town, I can enjoy to have a clean and decent jacuzzi, because it’s part of the amenities getting offered by the website
To be honest This hotel was better than most 4 star hotels! Most 4 star hotels don’t even have microwaves or a fridge. This place did. The front desk receptionist were excellent! Very respectful and kind. All the amenities and accommodations were met. Spacious big clean room. Bathroom is updated unlike most motel 6. Maids were nice gave me plenty of clean sheets , towels soap etc. Plenty of parking. Everyone minds their own business here. No crowds and loudness here at all. It’s safe here , had my baby felt safe. Great price. This the place to come when you need to stay somewhere for a few nights. Only issue was the slow elevator and no shopping places in a walking distance, other than that. Awesome hotel
Price for a single bed was $120. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and polite to the people in front of me - apparently going so far as to give them a fleece blanket I think, which led to me waiting quite a long time fairly late at night, while I was admittedly pretty tired, but the experience was so wholesome I couldn't even be mad. Average place for an average price, and choosing this place over the joke motel next door is a no-brainer. Seriously, stay away from that place (it costs $20 more for a room as of September 2024 anyway).
Easy check-in, kind staff, don't walk barefoot inside room. Overall, it was a great price for the area.
Second time coming to this hotel. Gave room 4 stars because the cold water faucet didn't work like it should have. 3 stars for the service for the lady that answered my call and checked me in had poor customer services would talk to me like if I was bothering her. Gave me attitude
We were in a pinch last night and needed a room right away.. this was the best rate we could find and decided to give it a shot. Honestly, MOTEL 6 is a great chain. I've had nothing but good experiences at their hotels and this time was no exception. Front desk was nice and checked us in fast and most importantly available when needed. The rooms were a nice size and CLEAN. No smells no insects, the AC works amazing but yeah no complaints. It was worth driving a little far out for it. Loved my stay here , only difference I will do next time is ask for a 3rd floor room. Thanks MOTEL 6 GARDENA
